Network Formation Assay (NFA) – Rapid and reliable method to analyse neurite outgrowths

The novel network formation assay enables simple, rapid and reproducible analysis of neurite generation and outgrowth by cell patterning techniques. Therefore a matrix is prepared, consisting of permissive areas (allowing the neurons to adhere) and non-permissive areas.
