New device for the dimensioning of implants

A device has been developed that facilitates the individual prediction of forces affecting the implants or dental bridges for each patient. In order to do so, the forces affecting the teeth in the neighbourhood or the analogous teeth in the reverse side of the jaw are measured and used for the layout of the implant or bridge. A special device has been constructed which is able to determine the forces of chewing specific to every patient.
