36th Annual IATUL Conference 2015: Call for papers and posters
The German National Library of Science and Technology (TIB) will be hosting the 36th Annual IATUL Conference 2015 of the International Association of University Libraries (IATUL) with the title “Strategic Partnerships for Access and Discovery” in Hannover from 5 to 9 July 2015. The conference language will be English.
Following the call for papers and posters, proposals to the 36th Annual IATUL Conference 2015 can be submitted any time between now and 12 January 2015 on the following topics:
• Library Strategy and Management (Methods of strategic planning and steering)
• Strategic Partnerships (International and national networks and alliances for improving library services)
• Changing Environment for Librarians (In between new types of publication, access options and discovery tools – challenges and solutions)
• Open Science/Science 2.0 (Enabling networked web-based scientific collaboration)
• Management of Research Data (New approaches and best practices for data repositories)
• Non-textual Information (Novel ways to provide added value while managing growing data volumes)
• Digital Preservation (Collaborative projects, service and business models, limitations in legal framework, involving researchers in curation)

IATUL exhibition
In addition to the programme comprising presentations, discussions and workshops about strategy, management and practice in libraries, IATUL also offers an accompanying company exhibition.
