ICPE in Graz for the seventh time
ICPE 2016, one of the world-renowned international congresses in the pharmaceutical process engineering field, takes place from September 14 to 15 and is organized by the Competence Center Research Center Pharmaceutical Engineering GmbH (RCPE) together with the Institute of Process and Particle Technology (IPPT) of Graz University of Technology and the Association for Pharmaceutical Technology (APV), Mainz.
„The ICPE 2016 will bring together representatives from industry, academia, public authorities and young scientists at international level, thus enabling a wide exchange of research results at the economic and scientific location of Styria,” explains organizer and ICPE-host Prof. Johannes Khinast, CEO of RCPE and Head of the institute IPPT at Graz University of Technology.
The main topics of the international conference are:
– Advanced Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
– Continuous manufacturing
– PAT for continuous manufacturing
– Regulatory aspects of continuous manufacturing
At the ICPE 2016 seven keynote speaches are held- such as by Dr. Jobst Limberg, Prof. Benjamin J. Glasser and Professor Kieran Hodnett – as well as six short presentations; there are more than 20 posters presented and the expected 100 congress participants will have a guided tour through the laboratories and the RCPE pilot plant at the Graz University of Technology.
