The Irago Conference, November 15-16, 2012
Organised by the Electronics-Inspired Interdisciplinary Research Institute (EIIRIS) at Toyohashi University of Technology, The Irago Conference aims to enhance mutual understanding between scientists, engineers, policy makers, and experts from a wide spectrum of pure and applied sciences in order to resolve major global issues.
The Irago Conference is delighted to welcome a whole range of speakers promising discussion and debate on topics ranging from energy and natural resources to public health and disaster prevention.

The Graduate Student Session
The Irago Conference Graduate Student Session offers a platform for graduate students to describe their latest findings as oral presentations. The session-which is being organized by doctoral students and post-doctoral researchers is scheduled for lunchtime on Thursday 15 November 2012.
Talks during this Graduate Student Session will consist of 10 minute presentations followed by 4 minutes for discussion. At the end of the talks the audience will vote and select one of the speakers for the âBest Student Presentation Awardâ.
