MBA Career Services Council Hosts 5th Annual European Conference
The MBA Career Services Council (MBACSC)’s 5th Annual European Conference will be held 22 – 25 April, 2012 at ESMT European School of Management and Technology in Berlin.
The annual event connects MBA career services professionals and employers that hire MBA students from organizations across Europe and globally to share valuable experiences, sector insights and best practices. As the only event of its kind that brings these audiences together, it is the focal point for discussion and debate across the field.
Discussion topics include:
– Insights from corporations about the state of MBA hiring
– Student insights about expectations for career services and recruiters
– Emerging markets
– Internationalism
– Using practical tools such as social media
– Opportunities to meet with vendors and suppliers to discussion professional development solutions
The conference will also include a discussion of consistent employment data collection standards. Consistent employment data is critical for potential MBA candidates to ascertain their best program fit. MBA CSC, the only graduate professional organization to have adopted credible international employment data collection standards, has worked tirelessly with schools to ensue employment data is comparable across programs globally.
