ACTIF Industries launches quick-freezing counter unit for restaurants
This new quick-freezing unit comes in two versions. The TCS – Gastronorm 1/1 has a 10kg capacity and a 4.5-hour cycle. The TES (with dimensions of 600mm x 400mm) has a 12kg capacity and a 4.5-hour cycle. The units are equipped with a stainless steel worktop, forced vertical ventilation and a forced condensing unit. As with the company’s SCER blast freezer, the refrigeration cycle is triggered by a controller and the unit automatically switches to storage mode at the end of the cycle – a single unit accomplishes both operations.
Both units offer positive refrigeration (+2/+10°C), storage (-18°C/-22°C), and quick-freezing (+63°C/-18°C). The counter unit, which combines a GN1/1 quick-freezing chamber and storage mode, also affords considerable space saving.
The TCS and TES counter units are built to the same high specifications as the rest of the ACTIF Industries range, and feature interiors and exteriors in 304 stainless steel, ventilated evaporators, and automatic defrosting by evaporation. They also have an electronic control with a digital display and insulation in CFC-free 60mm rigid polyurethane foam. The units’ doors have hinges and latches, as well as natural rubber removable seals and rounded interior corners for impeccable hygiene. The units are made of reliable, high-quality technical components.
