New user interface for interactive image processing in fluorescence microscopy

The study of biological samples often relies on fluorescence microscopy. Image processing is often difficulted by inefficient methodologies, dependent on the operator. We offer a new platform for automated image analysis which can, in turn, automatically optimize image acquisition parameters on the microscope and can be adapted to any microscope control operative software.
