AAPS Workshop to Focus on Special Dosage Forms, Developments in In Vitro Drug Release
Founded in 1986, AAPS provides a dynamic international forum for the exchange of knowledge among scientists to enhance their contributions to public health. AAPS offers timely scientific programs, on-going education, information resources, opportunities for networking, and professional development.
WHAT: AAPS is pleased to present the workshop on Special Dosage Forms – What’s New with In Vitro Drug Release? This event will present drug release methodologies to evaluate the product performance for special dosage forms and provide opportunities for the participants to interact with the faculty in panel discussions.
WHY: The purpose of this workshop is to engage scientists working in academia, industry, and regulatory agencies in a discussion of special dosage forms such as, buccal, topical, ophthalmic, inhalation, stent, and nanoparticles and in vitro release methodology to test the key performance of the formulation.
