Manipulation of the growth of living cells via cell-surface-interaction
A new method was developed for influencing living cells through cell-surface interaction. Living cells are functionalized with magnetic particles and their culture can therefore be structured in real time by external magnetic fields. The advantage is the direct reaction to observe the behaviour of cells.
