A unique cellular model for Alzheimer's disease
By development of a unique single-gene expression system for use in cell culture, it is possible to correctly reproduce pathological and morphological changes in Alzheimer’s disease within 12 to 72 hours. This new cellular model will increase the efficacy of target identification and compound screening for Alzheimer’s disease significantly.
